• DSK organized administration of Covid vaccines through the healthcare system to all the employees and the local community 
• DSK engages the local village people to clean their village and ensures that they keep the environment free from plastics and used bottles
• The Company has distributed toys and books to the children in the neighboring schools 
• The Company provides meals on a regular basis to the health camps conducted by the local Government Primary Healthcare Centre

Our goal is to achieve a zero-accident rate through our rigorous compliance with global safety standards.

DSK’s safety measures include

• Evaluating hazards and classifying all incoming chemicals
• Conducting audits periodically by internal experts
• Holding extensive safety training in the site to make the employees be aware of safety measures as well as deal with any emergency if arises
• Wearing PPEs (lab coat, gloves and safety goggles) is mandatory in the labs for all chemists / scientists
• Analyzing in detail the process safety for all chemical processes which goes for scale up
• Aims at zero work related injury and illness for all employees at every level
• Ensuring compliance to all requirements specified in legal documentations & complying to other obligations to set and upgrade the standards of EHS Management

• Zero Waste Discharge Facility– Achieved through an appropriate Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) system
• Green Chemistry - Adopting principles wherever possible 
• Waste Segregation at Source – Adopting the practice in each Chemistry Lab, Kilo Lab, Food Court and other places 
• Best Rainwater Harvesting Practice - Created artificial pond in the least elevated area of the company to harvest rainwater and a separate storage sump is established to harvest the rainwater collected on the roof of the buildings
• Effective utilisation of Solar Energy – Proudly harvests the abundant solar energy and used for the lighting across the campus 
• Unique Organic Produce – Producing abundant fruits and vegetables for the use in food court catering to the employees’ food consumption via an intensive onsite organic farming activity
