Overview

DSK was the first Company to work completely through the COVID year of 2020 thereby leaving a strong impact in our clients’ satisfaction. With that differentiated performance, DSK has currently doubling its capacity by adding 40 additional fume hoods and additional scale-up facilities. In addition, a range of brand-new analytical equipment has been added to the existing infrastructure that include 1 GC, 2 HPLCs, 1 LC-MS, 1 Prep HPLC, lyophilizer and a 400 MHz NMR with auto sampler.

From the Human Resources perspective, DSK has just inaugurated a modern food court that serves food to the employees round the clock. In addition, the Company intends to establish a state-of-the-art gym with indoor games in the year 2021. The Company provides transport facility to the houses of the employees staying in the neighboring towns. As a differentiator for employee satisfaction, the Company cultivates vegetables and fruits in two acres of the Company land that become the ingredients for the employees’ food court.

Having realized the importance of safeguarding our environment, DSK has introduced several measures in the day to day operation that include harvesting solar power, zero water discharge effluent treatment plant (ETP), rain water harvesting and waste segregation cum management.

Dr Selva Kumar Natesan, Founder & CEO

A scientist who has turned into an entrepreneur with a clear vision to differentiate DSK as the most reliable Chemistry CRO.

After receiving his PhD from the prestigious Indian Institute of Science, he held two post-doctoral positions, one at the University of Alberta in Canada and the other at Iowa State University in the United States.

After a successful eight-year career in Medicinal Chemistry at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories in Hyderabad, he moved from his previous position of Senior Director to Vice President at Anthem Biosciences in Bangalore for three years.

After working in senior scientific positions in Organic and Medicinal Chemistry for over two decades, he decided to embark on an entrepreneurial journey by establishing DSK InnoSciences in 2013 as a Services Company with a focus on research and customer satisfaction rather than business.

Today, his vision to establish a research-based Chemistry Services Company has become a reality with a number of satisfied clients across the globe by having solved some of the most difficult

Senthilkumar Kandaswamy, GM - Operations

 With Masters in Information Science from CSIR-NISCAIR, New Delhi and a Bachelors in Engineering (B.E) from University of Madras, he received his Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights (PGDIPR) from Osmania University, Hyderabad.

He brings more than 25 years of R&D experience both in Pharmaceutical and in Agrochemical industries. His area of expertise includes patent & scientific information, information technology, database management, client and project management and other management functions.

He played an important  role in the planning and execution of the greenfield R&D centre for his previous assignment at APL Research Centre, Hyderabad, a division of Aurobindo Pharma Ltd. Prior to this, he worked for Montari Research Centre, a division of Montari Industries Ltd, Chandigarh.

He joined DSK InnoSciences from its inception during the year 2010 and played a significant role in establishing the greenfield facility by having been a lead in construction, facilities, recruitment, providing scientific information and similar operational aspects.
