After completing his master’s in chemistry, Lijumon Korah has been working in leading CROs for about two decades. During his professional journey, he has developed deep expertise in synthetic organic chemistry and project management. Starting his career at Syngene in 2005, after a dozen years stint, he joined TCG Life Sciences as a Senior Scientist in 2017. In 2018, Lijumon advanced his career by joining DSK InnoSciences as a Principal Scientist and rose to the level of Deputy General Manager in Project Management.
During his two decades of career, Lijumon progressed from hands-on synthesis experience to managing complex discovery chemistry projects, handling project updates, raw material management, task delegation, and team performance for global clients.
At DSK, he is managing several projects with his extensive knowledge and experience in project oversight. Currently, in his role within Project Management, he serves as the primary liaison for global clients. His focus remains on ensuring that project objectives and deliverables are meticulously aligned with client goals. In this role, he travelled frequently across the globe for onsite project updates and technology transfer at several client locations.
