Custom Chemical Synthesis

The key differentiator of DSK is to accept difficult shelved projects from our clients and pursue their synthesis by employing hitherto unknown synthetic routes. In this aspect, DSK pursued over two dozen projects during the past three years and completed over 95% of them. With that confidence, DSK invites such difficult projects that could not be accomplished over the years from clients across the world. It is our chemistry team’s assurance that DSK will demonstrate a similar show as above and it is our further assurance that another CRO cannot complete the failed projects from DSK.

The targets for custom synthesis include building blocks and scaffolds, chemical intermediates, reference compounds, metabolites or impurities, new chemical entities, developmental candidates, reagent & fine chemicals, natural product derivatives and chemical tools for biochemical or biological assays.

Currently, DSK operates in the range of a few mgs to several 100 kgs in custom synthesis projects. The projects over 1 kg synthesis are often executed after a process development exercise.
