Our story
How it all Started
The infrastructure of the company includes three R&D chemistry labs comprising 40 fume hoods and a Kilo lab supported by a state-of-the-art analytical facility catering the needs of chemistry research.
Two towns in the neighbourhood, Denkanikottai and Kelamangalam, become the obvious choice for the employees to stay apart from the next option of a highly developed and industrialized city of Hosur at 24 km from DSK. The company is well connected by a highway to Bangalore which is 60 km away.
The company is led by an experienced management team with a rich background of creating new successful enterprises in the area of contract research.
“Problem Solving Attitude” is the trump card for DSK by having realized over 95% success in delivery including difficult projects. Having accepted many shelved projects from our clients, the DSK team had worked relentlessly and completed most of them!
Above all, DSK was the first Company to work completely through the COVID year of 2020 thereby leaving a strong impact in our clients’ satisfaction. With that differentiated performance, DSK has currently doubling its capacity by adding 40 additional fume hoods and additional scale-up facilities. In addition, a range of brand new analytical equipment has been added to the existing infrastructure that include 1 GC, 2 HPLCs, 1 LC-MS, 1 Prep HPLC, lyophilizer and a 400 MHz NMR with auto sampler.
From the Human Resources perspective, DSK has just inaugurated a modern food court that serves food to the employees round the clock. In addition, the Company intends to establish a state of the art gym with indoor games in the year 2021. The Company provides transport facility to the houses of the employees staying in the neighbouring towns. As a differentiator for employee satisfaction, the Company cultivates vegetables and fruits in two acres of the Company land that become the ingredients for the employees’ food court.
Having realized the importance of safeguarding our environment, DSK has introduced several measures in the day to day operation that include harvesting solar power, zero water discharge effluent treatment plant (ETP), rain water harvesting and waste segregation cum management.
